Executive Council (2025–2029)

Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sports Foundation

The Executive Council is the governing and administrative body of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sports Foundation, responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of its mission — to promote equality, sports education, and social empowerment inspired by the vision of Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

The Council provides leadership, policy direction, and strategic oversight to all programs and national initiatives of the Foundation.

Executive Council Members

President – Master B. K. Bharat
Provides visionary leadership and strategic direction, guiding the Foundation toward its mission and objectives.

Vice President – Dr. Surendra Singh
Supports the President in policy formulation and management decisions, contributing to the Foundation’s overall growth.

Secretary General – Mr. Uttam Rajoria
Oversees administration, coordination, and implementation of organizational programs and activities.

Treasurer – Mr. Avadesh Gautam
Manages the Foundation’s financial operations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and fiscal discipline.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Mr. Neeraj Kumar Mehra
Leads the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and ensures alignment of all initiatives with the Foundation’s long-term vision.

Executive Member – Mrs. Savitri Gautam
Contributes valuable insights and supports the execution of various developmental and outreach programs.

Department of Sports – Mr. R. K. Bharat (Convenor)
Responsible for organizing sports events, training programs, and promoting athletic excellence at national and international levels.

Department of Awards – Ms. Ruby Singh (Convenor)
Oversees award nomination processes, evaluation, and coordination of the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Awards and related recognitions.

Department of Social Welfare – Ms. Soni Bharat (Convenor)
Leads welfare and community development initiatives focused on education, empowerment, and inclusive growth.
